HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS BACK TO FOOTSHOP?

At FootShop we want to give you a hassle-free way to return any item to us for a refund. You can return any item within 14 days of the date you received your order, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Both the item, and its packaging, must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

To return your order simply download and complete a Returns Form and send this, along with your item, back to FootShop. We use the Returns Form to identify your order so it’s important that you include the completed form in your parcel so we can refund you for the item.

The cost of returning your order will depend on the dimensions and weight of your packaged item. You can either follow the instructions on the AusPost website to print and pay for your return label, or return your order, via the carrier of your choice, to the following address:

We are not able to exchange items as all returned items are automatically refunded. If you want to change an item, e.g. for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order through the website. 

What happens next?

  • It can usually take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our office.
  • Your refund will be completed within 1 working day of your return arriving at our office and we’ll send you a confirmation email once we’ve refunded you.
  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order (i.e. card, PayPal account).
  • Items must be returns unused and in original packaging. All goods are inspected upon return and we try our best to accept all returned items.
  • In the unlikely event that an item, or the item's original packaging, is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Postage fees will apply.
  • Please note: if you originally received free shipping on the item you return, our flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
