HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS BACK TO FOOTSHOP?

At FootShop we want to give you a hassle-free way to return any item to us for a refund. You can return any item within 14 days of the date you received your order, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Both the item, and its packaging, must be in a condition suitable for resale.
To return your order simply download and complete a Returns Form and send this, along with your item, back to FootShop. We use the Returns Form to identify your order so it’s important that you include the completed form in your parcel so we can refund you for the item.
The cost of returning your order will depend on the dimensions and weight of your packaged item. You can either follow the instructions on the AusPost website to print and pay for your return label, or return your order, via the carrier of your choice, to the following address:

We are not able to exchange items as all returned items are automatically refunded. If you want to change an item, e.g. for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order through the website.
